At Creative Resonance you are not taught conventional art school techniques, nor are you ever critiqued. You already know how to paint, to write, to breathe, and to move. I am here to help you get out of your own way, to follow the thread of your creative aliveness, and to bloom.

This is not another self-improvement course. It is a pathway to self-acceptance and self-love.

Here at Creative Resonance we are process oriented rather than product driven. Through the friendly healing practices of intuitive painting, process poetry, and gentle playful movement, we nourish soul, mind, and body. We cultivate more ease and discover more joy in our lives.
